Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned preventive detention order dated 24.03.2025 passed by the opposite party no.3/District Magistrate, District Shrawasti under the provision of Section 3(2) National Security Act-1980 and consequential order dated 16.04.2025 passed by the opposite party no.2 contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. ii. Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties/Detaining Authority to release the Petitioner/Detenue immediately, detained in pursuance of Detention Order dated 24.03.2025 and 16.04.2025 passed by the opposite party no.3 and 2." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the detenue has been released and returned home. In view thereof, he prays to withdraw present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. .
