Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents. Learned standing counsel, on the basis of written instructions which are taken on record, has submitted that subsistence allowance has been paid to the petitioner for the month of January, February, March and April. The payment for the previous months i.e. from September to November, 2024, it has been withheld as the petitioner has not completed the formalities with regard to uploading of his movable and immovable property on the portal. The disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner have been concluded and he has been given a minor punishment. He submits that after reinstatement of the petitioner, the remaining subsistence allowance to the petitioner shall be paid immediately after availability of the fund. Perused the record. In view of the written instructions received by the learned standing counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to pay the remaining subsistence allowance to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order provided the petitioner cooperates and complete the required formalities as is required under law. Learned standing counsel shall provide a copy of the punishment order to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
