In compliance of the earlier orders passed by this Court, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ayodhya has sent a report dated 03.12.2024. We have gone through the said report sent by the C.J.M. Ayodhya wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant- Raj Karan Verma S/o Asharfi Lal Verma had died on 27.07.2023. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of villagers, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Raj Karan Verma S/o Asharfi Lal Verma, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
