This petition seeks issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 17.11.2024 bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 0352 of 2024 for the offence under Section 420 I.P.C., lodged at Police Station- Bakshi Ka Talab, District- Lucknow North (Commissionerate Lucknow). 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4.
