Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector / Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District -Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 4833 of 2023 (Smt. Sarandha Devi vs Shri Amit Kashyap) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021 contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition, after deciding the Application under order 22 rule 3 and Order 6 Rule 17 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. dated 18.7.24 contained as Annexure No.3 to this petition, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble High Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned authority to consider and decide the abovesaid case in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
