The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "Issue an order, or direction, thereby the opposite parties, particularly the opposite party no. 1, may kindly be directed to consider and decide the case 'Suit for permanent injunction' bearing its Regular Suit No. 528/2020" Lalta Prasad and ors. Vs. Radhika Prasad & others",, pending before the opposite party no. 1, filed by Petitioners alongwith his father, expeditiously, within a shortest time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing and the trial court shall endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. The petitioner would also be entitled to move an application under Order VIII Rule 10 of the CPC and in case, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
