This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No.3 not to harass to the petitioners and his family in any manner, in pursuance to the ex-party order dated 19.01.2023 (Annexure No.1) in the interest f justice. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate court or authority as per permissible under law. 4.
