Visarat) pending in the Court of Second Addl. Sessions Judge, Roorkee has been compounded by this Court in C528 Application No.464 of 2024. 5. Since the order impugned in present C482 application also arose out of same S.T. No.44 of 2023, hence this application has rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
