Heard, Shri Vinod Kumar Singh, Advocate, holding breif of Shri AJay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Opposite Party No. 3, a true copy of which is contained as Annexure-4 to the writ petition. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No. 1 and 3 to grant approval of affiliation to the petitioner's institution for the academic year 2024-2025 expeditiously before the start of the admission process and to allow admission of students and their registration with the Opposite Party No. 3 for the B. Pharm. Course, as per the approval granted by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi. (iii) To award the cost of this petition in favor of the petitioner." 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue regarding the grant of affiliation was considered by this Court in its judgment dated 17.07.2025 passed in Special Appeal No. 125 of 2025, in which special appeals preferred by the State of U.P. were dismissed. It is argued that the petitioner's application for affiliation for the academic year 2024-2025 should be considered along with other applicants as directed in the aforementioned Special Appeal judgment. It is further stated that the request for affiliation for the academic year 2025-2026 should also be considered and granted within the timeline fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 in M.A. No. 711 of 2025 in Civil Appeal No. 9048 of 2012 (Parshvanath Charitable Trust and Ors. v. All India Council for Technical Education and Ors.). 4. Without going into the merits of the claims made by the petitioner, particularly concerning the academic year 2024-2025, this petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for the grant of affiliation for the academic year 2025-2026. 5.
