The present petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 26.03.2025, whereby the matter with regard to the grant of caste certificate was relegated to be considered by the District Level Committee. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that before the State Level Scrutiny Committee constituted by virtue of a Government Order, a vigilance report was also called, which according to the petitioner in his favour vide report dated 31.03.2022. 4. The present petition is disposed of holding that in terms of remand order, the District Level Scrutiny Committee shall also take into consideration the vigilance report dated 31.03.2022 while passing orders in terms of the remand order.
