The petition has been filed by one Amit Kumar Pandey, who claims to be Manager of a firm. The relief sought in the writ petition is that Mandi fee/ Development cess/ compounding fee be not charged. Ostensibly this demand if any or payment made would be by the firm and not by the Manager. The petition at his instance is, therefore, not maintainable. On this juncture, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition so as to file properly constituted petition annexing thereto also relevant documents as regards the firm and its partnership, if any.
