The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Parties specially the Opposite Party No. 1 to take decision on the application 29.12.2024/31.12.2024 moved by the petitioner for grant of NOC to the petitioner institution as minority institution within period of one week because, petitioner institution has already been declared minority institution on 4.8.2009 by National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India, New Delhi under section 2 (g) of The National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act 2004;" 3. Considering the fact that the application is pending before respondent No.1, the present petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to take decision on the said application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
