The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 26.03.2025 whereby the matter has been remanded to the District Caste Level Scrutiny Committee to pass orders. 3. No interference is called for, however, while passing the order, the District Caste Level Scrutiny Committee will take into account the vigilance report as well as the order passed in favour of the brother of the petitioner by the State Level Committee, as argued by the counsel for the petitioner. 4.
