The present application under Section 529 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed with a limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to expedite/decide Case No.26351/2024 (Siyaram Verma vs. Neeta Verma & Ors.), Police Station-Gola Tehsil Lakhimpur Kheri, District- Lakhimpur Kheri pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lakhimpur Kheri, District-Lakhimpur Kheri, within a stipulated period. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment. 4.
