In the office report dated 06.03.2025, it is mentioned that undelivered envelope of card notice issued through registered post to the sole petitioner vide Despatch No.1215 dated 07.02.2025 has been received back with remark of of postal department ("Recipient not found, hence returned"). Though the office has endorsed that notice is not sufficient but the envelope has come back with remark that recipient is not found therefore, at this juncture after 21 years, from the date of institution of the writ petition, there is no justification to keep the matter pending. The case is pertaining to the year 2004 and the petitioner perhaps has lost his interest to pursue the case and he is not contacting either his previous counsel or by either mode to pursue his case therefore, the writ petition has rendered infructuous.
