Perusal of the record reveals that the present applicant/appellant has also filed a criminal appeal, being Cr.Appeal (C-SB) No.72 of 2025, against the impugned judgment dated 03.09.2025, passed by the learned Chairman, HP State Waqf Tribunal, Exercising the Power of Special Judge, Dharamshala, District Kangra, HP, before this Court through Mr.Umesh Kanwar, Advocate, and the same has been admitted on 25.11.2025. Thus, the applicant/appellant has filed two appeals against the impugned judgment dated 03.09.2025. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid background, no further orders are required to be passed in the present application as well as in the appeal.
