This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned dated 05.04.2025, lodged by opposite party No.3, in Case Crime No.0175 of 2025,under Section 87 of BNS, at Police Station Satrikh, District Barabanki and also not to arrest the petitioners. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate court or authority as per permissible under law. 4.
