The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (J.D.), Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Original Suit No.719/2020, titled as Kaleshar V/s Babu Saroj and another, which is pending before opposite party no.1 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2020, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned. In case such an application is filed, the trial court will not grant any unnecessary adjournments and shall endevour to decide the suit expeditiously.
