1. This appeal arises out of impugned judgment dated 10.04.2007 passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Surajpur, Surguja, Chhattisgarh, in Session Case No.52/2004.

Vide report dated 25.02.2025, received from Police Outpost In-charge, Police Outpost Moharsop, Police Station Chandani, District Surajpur, it has been informed that appellant Bal Govind Sahu has died. Death certificate of sole appellant Bal Govind Sahu S/o Laxman Sahu certified by the Outpost In-charge is also annexed with the said report wherein it is mentioned that he died on 09.09.2012.
4. In view of above, as sole appellant Bal Govind Sahu, S/o Laxman Sahu died on 09.09.2012, and no representation has been made for bringing legal heirs of the sole appellant on record, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having abated. Sd/- (Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal) Judge Shubham
