Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for setting aside appointment of respondent No.5 Puspa Devi on the post of Anganbadi Karyakatri at Aanganbadi Centre, Dhannidih, block Sirsiya, district Shrawasti. A further prayer has been made to direct respondent Nos. 3 and 4 for appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbadi Karyakatri. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if she is granted liberty to file a fresh representation and the same is decided by respondent No.2 by a reasoned and speaking order. In view of the above, the petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondent No.2 Director, Department of Woman Welfare, Lucknow within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of submission of representation along with a copy of this order.
