Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, petitioner has been arrested on 23.4.2025. 4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate court in accordance with law. 5.
