Case No. 151 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 887 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 331, 305 and 317 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 while charge has been framed under section 331(3), 305 and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhia, 2023, presently pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner was apprehended while he was committing theft in the house of the Informant. He was caught red-handed with stolen mobile. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S.
