Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To direct the Larned Rent Authority, Under section -30 of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector / Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District -Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 4837 of 2023 (Smt. Sarandha Devi vs Shri Mankameshwar Mishra) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021 contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition, after deciding the Application under order 22 rule 3 and Order 6 Rule 17 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. dated 18.7.24 contained as Annexure No.3 to this writ petition, within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court to meet the ends of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from today, in accordance with law.
