By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited prayer for consideration of his representation submitted by him to the Collector, which has been submitted on 20.01.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Technical Assistant on contractual basis on 10.04.2013 and continued till 19.02.2022 when he was arrested for criminal case. On 04.05.2022, the petitioner was granted bail and subsequently the criminal case has been quashed vide 13.02.2025 (Annexure P/7). The petitioner after the grant of bail reported for joining on 20.06.2022, but the respondent did not accepted the joining and for which the petitioner submitted representation on 20.01.2025 and the said representation is not being considered by the respondent. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that if the representations are pending before the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and if the petitioner will file afresh representation before the Competent Authority i.e. the Collector Jashpur/Zila Panchayat, the same be considered in accordance with law. 3 4. I have heard both the parties and perused the pleadings of the petitioner as the petitioner has been presently acquitted from the criminal charges, he may submit afresh representation before the Collector/Zila Panchayat within a period of 15 days and the Collector/Zila Panchayat is directed to consider the representation in accordance with law and pass order within a further period of 25 days from the receipt of the representation. 5.
