Smt. Jyoti Gupta) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 from Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda to the equivalent Court at District Maharajganj. 3. Considering the inconvenience being faced by the applicant, the present application is allowed. The proceedings pending in the Court of Gonda are transferred to the equivalent court at District Maharajganj.
