He further submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, the Inspector of Police, Marthandam Police Station, Kanyakumari District, conducted an enquiry and found that it is purely a money dispute and therefore, the Inspector of Police has closed the petitioner's complaint on 25.06.2025. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
