Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of written instructions which are taken on record, submits that although the recommendation of the concerned Minister dated 22.4.2025 has been forwarded to the respondent No.1 and is pending consideration there, any further action shall only be taken after a decision is taken by respondent No.1. In view of the above, since the very order of transfer of the petitioner dated 15.4.2025, Annexure No.1 has been recommended to be cancelled by the concerned Minister and that recommendation as per the instructions of the State are pending at the level of respondent No.1, it is provided that till a decision on such recommendation is taken by respondent No.1, the petitioner shall not be relieved from the present place of posting. The petition is accordingly disposed of, with above observation. It is open for the petitioner to approach this Court again for redressal of his grievance, if any.
