Rakesh Kainthla, Judge (Oral) Mr. Balram Sharma, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, under instructions, submits that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already quashed the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.MMO No. 922 of 2024 titled Dr. Lakhwinder Singh Vs. Directorate of Enforcement & another 2025: HHC 591, therefore, he has no objection in case present petition is allowed and the Look-Out Circular (LOC) issued by the Directorate of Enforcement is ordered to be quashed. 2 2. A perusal of record shows that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has already quashed the proceedings against the petitioner vide judgment in Dr. Lakhwinder Singh (supra); therefore, the Look – Out Circular (LOC) issued by the Directorate of Enforcement requiring the presence of the petitioner in the present case has become infructuous. 3. Consequently, the present petition is allowed and the Look-Out Circular issued by the Directorate of Enforcement requiring the presence of the petitioner is ordered to be quashed. 4.
