ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“....to issue a Writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not issuing the prosecution sanction order to the petitioner to prosecute the 3rd respondent who issued Bogus SC Caste Certificate to Mr.Gadda Raj Kumar though the 2nd respondent cancelled the Caste Certificate by Proc.Rc.C6/03/M/2017 dated 08.09.2017 and letter CCLAs Lr.No.VS II1/825/2017 dated 01.02.2018 the 1st respondent Government are Competent to issue prosecution orders against the Tahsildars under Section 197 Cr.P.C and also not taking disciplinary action against the 3rd respondent in spite of 2nd respondent report dated 01.11.2017 which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to the Rules and violative of Fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to issue prosecution order against the 3rd respondent who issued SC Bogus Caste Certificate to Mr.Gadda Raj Kumar S/o.Yesudasu, Kurnool, as per endorsement made by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kurnool, on the complaint dated 03.09.2015 with all consequential benefits or otherwise the petitioner will suffer serious loss and great hardship.....”

3. Despite the matter being listed under the caption “For dismissal”, none represented for the Petitioner today.

5. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No
