The present application under Section 529 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed with a limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide the interim Maintenance Application No.Gha-4 filed under Section 144 B.N.S.S., 2023 in the Maintenance Case No.1527/2024 dated 05/06.07.2024 (Smt. Bushra Shakeel vs. Adil Beg) pending bfore learned Court of Additional Principal Judge, Room No.6, Family Court- District-Lucknow, within a stipulated period. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment. 4.
