First Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with regard to Case Crime no.210 of 2020 under Section 307, 452, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Palia, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 3. As per contents of F.I.R., the incident is said to have taken place on 05.04.2020 at about 9.00 P.M. when applicants are said to have collectively attacked informant and his family members with applicant no.1, Bachchu Lal allegedly opening fire upon father of informant due to which he suffered gun shot injuries. 4. Mr. Nikhil SIngh, learned Additional Government Advocate as well as learned counsel for complainant have drawn attention to injury reports as well as statements of informant and injured to submit that there is no contradiction in the story indicated in the F.I.R. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of material on record, this Court does not find it an appropriate case for grant of anticipatory bail. However, applicants are granted liberty to approach trial court for regular bail which may be considered and decided expeditiously. 6. Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of finally subject to the observations made herein above.
