The crop of the petitioners standing on plot No.764 situated in village-Katri Gangpur, Post-Pahada, Tehsil-Sadar, District- Farrukhabad as claimed needs to be harvested, however, the official opposite parties are facilitating harvesting of the same by the private opposite parties. 4. Considering the fact that revision of the petitioners bearing Revision No.1476 of 2025 (Jagdish and Others vs. Assistant Record Officer (A.R.O.) Farrukhabad and Others) is pending before the Board of Revenue at Lucknow and is fixed for tomorrow i.e., 23.04.2025 as stated in paragraph No.4 of the writ petition, We, dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Board of Revenue, Lucknow to take up the matter tomorrow i.e., 23.04.2025 and consider the interim relief application, if it is pending. 5. Shri Dhirendra Singh, learned State Law Officer shall communicate our order to the Chairman, Board of Revenue, Lucknow for placing it before the concerned Bench for compliance. 6.
