Talukdar, learned counsel for the applicants and also heard Ms. S. Roy, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1/appellant. By an order dated 09.12.2023, this Court directed the opposite party No.1/appellant to deposit 50% of the total awarded amount before the Registry of this Court. In compliance of the said order, the opposite party No.1/appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.9,81,250/- before the Registry of this Court on 05.02.2025. By this application, the applicants/claimants are praying for a direction to the Registry to allow the applicants/claimants to withdraw the said deposited amount. Page No.# 3/3 Ms. Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No.1/appellant has no objection. In view of above, the prayer made in this application is allowed.
