Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also contends that there is also a judgment and decree passed by the Civil Court in this regard to the Deputy Commissioner. 4. In my view, since the petitioner has given a representation and it is contended by the petitioner that there is a judgment and decree and also a direction issued by the Tahsildar to remove the encroachment, it would be appropriate to directed the Tahsildar to consider the representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
