Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 159/2025 dated 22.07.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 09.06.2025 with certain conditions and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have cooperated in the investigation. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the fact that the charge sheet has already been laid, the interim bail granted to the petitioners, by order dated 09.06.2025 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. (i) and (ii) attached to the said order, remaining intact. 4. Send back the Case Diary. 5. With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
