The order-sheet reveals that on previous date i.e. 19.12.2024, the case was adjourned on the ground of illness slip of Shri Avadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant and it was made clear that the matter would not be adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the appellant and appropriate order would be passed. The said order dated 19.12.2023 is quoted hereinbelow: " Sri Avadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant is reported to be ill. List this case again. It is made clear that on the next date the matter will not be adjourned and appropriate order will be passed as the matter is of the year 2004. " 2. Today again, an illness slip has been sent by Shri Avadhesh Kumar, learned Counsel for the appellant. Thus, the request of learned counsel for the appellant for adjournment of the case on the ground of illness is not acceptable. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
