Hence, the question of granting a Mandamus does not arise. On such presentation, the fourth respondent shall register the same, if it is otherwise in compliance of the Registration Act, 1908 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the aforesaid directions.
