Due to paucity of time, the learned Brief Holder for the State was orally directed to instruct the jurisdictional SHO to provide security to the petitioners and also to summon the relatives, who are holding-out the threats and counsel the members. 4. Today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequently on 16.01.2025, the petitioners got married in the presence of the family members itself and in that view of the matter, there being no threat perception to the petitioners, the petition does not survive for further consideration. 5.
