The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the third accused in this case. FIR has been registered in the year 2019 and thereafter, the case is assigned as C.C.No.290 of 2022 after filing Final Report. However, so far, no trial has been commenced. Therefore, he filed this petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that the case is filed in the year 2019 and now, posted for appearance of the accused and they will cooperate for the speedy disposal by producing witnesses as directed by the Trial Court. 4.
