Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 15.12.2024, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0431 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 324(3), 332(C) of B.N.S., 2023, registered at Police Station Dubagga, District Lucknow Western (Commissionerate Lucknow). 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has already been submitted before the supervisory authority with regard to petitioner nos.1 to 3 and names of petitioner nos.4 to 6 have been dropped during course of investigation. He further submits that during course of investigation, no involvement of petitioner nos.7 to 11 was found and they are also not wanted by the police. 4. The statement of learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 5. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate court in accordance with law with regard to petitioner nos.1 to 3. 6. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is consigned to record. .
