The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a direction to the opposite party no.1, the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) South, Lucknow to decide the R.S. 860 of 2022 (Priya Maurya vs. Smt. Gudiya Maurya & others) pending since 01.04.2021 expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2021, the preset petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Suit before the court concerned, which shall be considered in as per the administrative guidelines.
