By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.231 of 2024 dated 13.10.2024 registered with Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 109, 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352 of BNS. 5. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been filed by the police on 06.01.2025 against the petitioners, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 6. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 7. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 8.
