This Court has duly perused the instant application and from a perusal of the said, it is the opinion of this Court that the same constitutes a sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 38 days in filing the accompanying appeal. 3. Accordingly, the instant application stands allowed thereby condoning the delay of 38 days in preferring the accompanying appeal. 4. I.A. stands allowed. 5.
