Nadda, Additional Advocate General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge In view of the instructions placed on record by the learned Additional Advocate General, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case he is adjusted as Pharmacy Officer at ESI Hospital Sansarpur Terrace, District Kangra against the available vacancy. The matter was accordingly passed over to enable learned Additional Advocate General to have further instructions in the matter. 2. When the matter was taken up again, learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions, 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 submitted that the respondents are willing to transfer the petitioner against the vacant post of Pharmacy Officer at ESI Hospital, Sansarpur Terrace, District Kangra and appropriate order in this regard will be issued within three days. Since the respondents have undertaken to redress the grievances of the petitioner, this writ petition to stand disposed of. Appropriate order qua transfer/posting of the petitioner at the aforesaid station be passed within three days, as assured by learned Additional Advocate General.
