It has been submitted by learned counsel for review applicant that the aforesaid order has been obtained from this Court by concealing the material fact regarding pendency of proceedings before the authority. In the considered opinion of this Court, since no error apparent on the face of record has been indicated by learned counsel for review applicant, the present review application would not be maintainable and considering submission of learned counsel for review applicant, recall application would be preferred. In view thereof, learned counsel for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present review application with liberty to file recall application. Considering such submission, review application is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file a recall application.
