ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 4th Respondent in trying to arrest the petitioners herein in connection with Crime No.230 of 2020, dated 12.6.2020 for the offences u/s 188, 506, 114, 494 r/w 511 r/w 34 IPC, 3 (2)(va) SC, ST (POA) Act, 51 (b) of DMA, 2005 of Thondangi Police Station, East Godavari District without following Section 41A Cr.P.C. is illegal, arbitrary, malafide, abuse of power and contrary to the directions issued by the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Arnesh Kumar case and consequently direct the 4th Respondent not to arrest the petitioners herein in connection with Crime No.230 of 2020, dated 12.6.2020 for the offences u/s 188, 506, 114, 494 r/w 511 r/w 34 IPC, 3 (2)(va) SC, ST (POA) Act, 51 (b) of DMA, 2005 of Thondangi Police Station, East Godavari District without following the procedure prescribed in Section 41A Cr.P.C. and pass…”
