Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:24024 Court No. - 6 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 2391 of 2025 Petitioner :- Sanjay Kumar Verma And 3 Others Respondent :- Addl. Distt. Judge Court No. 6 Ayodhya And 10 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Manoj Kumar Mishra,Ajay Kumar Verma,Piyush Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- Shobh Nath Pandey Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.02.2025, which was preferred against an order dated 10.08.2023, whereby the respondent was permitted to be impleaded in the Regular Suit No.346 of 1995.
3. Extensive arguments have been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner that no material was shown permitting the respondent to be impleaded in the said suit either as a necessary or a proper party.
4. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 1995, I do not see any reason to interfere with the said order at this stage. However, the petitioner would be permitted to raise this as an additional ground after the suit is deiced and in case, an appeal is preferred.
5. The suit shall be expedited and the matter shall be decided expeditiously without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
6. The petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 28.4.2025 Ashutosh Digitally signed by :- ASHUTOSH PANDEY High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
