Heard The petitioner runs a hospital in partnership. It appears that on communication of one of the partners, the account has been freezed. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a hospital. Due to freezing of the accounts by the respondent/Bank, without affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the petitioner is in a state that he cannot even pay salary to the officers. At least, the petitioner ought to have been given an opportunity of hearing. He would also submit that the respondent no.2 may be directed to pass an order on the representation that was made by the petitioner dated on 20.10.2024, which is Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 would submit that within a month, the representation that has been filed by the petitioner, which is Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, shall be decided after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the parties. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent no.2. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 20.10.2024, Annexure No.5 to the writ petition, within a period of four weeks, after affording an opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
