Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S. T. Case No. 11/2025 arising out of Balumath P.S. Case No. 107/2024, for the offences registered under Section 69/83 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar.
3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 311/2025 vide order dated 21.01.2025.
4. The petitioner is alleged to have established physical relationship with the victim on the pretext of marriage but later on, he refused to marry her.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court towards the statement of the victim recorded during the trial in which she has given a complete go bye to the prosecution case.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has submitted that the petitioner is already a married person before the occurrence.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar in connection with S. T. Case No. 11/2025 arising out of Balumath P.S. Case No. 107/2024.
