Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:33804 Court No. - 4 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1365 of 2025 Petitioner :- Hc. Akhand Pratap Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Akhilesh Kumar Singh,Brijesh Kumar Pal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the transfer order dated 17th December, 2024, whereby he has been transferred from Trans Yamuna, Agra to Police Line, Agra. It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner has been transferred within the district and, therefore, he should not have any grievance even if his children are studying in Agra since petitioner has been continued in Agra, and hence no prejudice is going to be caused to him and his family. Be that as it may, since petitioner's claim to have been transferred earlier on 20th December, 2023 from Mantola to Trans Yamuna, police station and now has been transferred from Trans Yamuna, police station to Police Line, his grievance can always be looked into. It is, therefore, directed that if petitioner makes representation before the competent authority in the matter, namely respondent No.- 3 within two weeks, such representation shall be considered and be disposed of within a further period of two weeks, by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
